Tasting Tips

Say goodbye to bland, boring turkey burgers.

Michael Mina’s super-juicy turkey patty gives its beefy counterparts some serious competition. He revs up mild ground turkey with sweet apricots and spicy herbs, and then tucks the flavorful burger into a soft, buttery brioche bun with a dollop of creamy lime-spiked guacamole, acidic quick pickles and a smear of rich and spicy chipotle aïoli. Pickled carrots, red onions, cucumbers and peppers bring a bright crunch to the dish, while lightly battered butternut squash fries served with the chipotle aïoli make a spicy, sweet and crispy side.
