What to Drink

2010 Keller 'Von der Fels' Riesling, Rheinhessen, Germany

Riesling is a great match with sushi because its clean flavors align with those of the fresh fish, wasabi and ginger. This wine is for the most part dry, but the faintest hint of residual sugar in the wine contrasts beautifully with the saltiness of Nori and soy sauce.
